I had the best experience of my life at White Lace! I had been to other stores that treated me like "any other customer", but not here. They treat you like you are practically the only one in the store. Even when they are probably much busier than any of the others. I have highly recommended to you to 4 of my friends; 2 of which already have purchased gowns from you. One of the others is coming down next week to take a look and maybe get one too! I have loved being a customer here and plan to keep you in mind for anything that I or my friends may need. Thanks for your help! 

My husband and I were married on December 17th, 2005. Christmas (or any time near it) is a crazy time to get married. One of the things that was not crazy or stressful was getting my dress at White Lace and Promises. I had looked at all of the bridal stores in the area. The quality of the dresses and customer service of the other stores could not compare to what I received at White Lace and Promises. The staff at WLP is very professional, fun, and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable. I could ask them for help on many aspects of the bridal party attire or other wedding resources. I loved my dress! I felt just like a princess. Thank you White Lace and Promises. 

I do not know about you, but for me, one of the most exciting and scary parts of wedding planning involved finding “THE DRESS”. I have an artistic flair, so, in my mind’s eye I was searching for a fashionable designer gown that expressed my personality. I was armed with one of my best friends and a stack of tattered bridal catalogs with all of my favorite pages dog-eared as we started the search. Two bridal boutiques later, I was close to tears sitting in the floor of a fitting room upon discovering that I was both too tall and too curvy for a lot of the sample-size gowns. So, in my panic, I just decided that I was getting married in my favorite pair of blue jeans. I was mentally taking notes that my beautiful candle-lit church wedding and jazz-band reception would just have to become a sunset-picnic-in-the-mountains kind of thing. Then, a week or so later, after visiting bridal shops as far away as Atlanta, I found my way to White Lace and Promises. The customer service I received at White Lace and Promises was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and caring; they took the time to listen to what I wanted, then, they helped me find a fairy-princess dress with some very unique hand-beaded details. Prior to placing my order, the seamstress even met with me to determine what alterations should be made to the gown to make it even more flattering. I only wish I had started my search at White Lace and Promises. My experience with the White Lace and Promises staff remains one of my favorite memories of the time leading up to my wedding. By the time I walked down the aisle, I essentially felt like I had a couture gown specially ordered and altered just for me. What more can you ask for in Knoxville? 

I want to start by thanking each and every one of the ladies at White Lace & Promises for helping me to find my dream dress! I have never felt more like a princess than I did when I walked down the isle on my wedding day. The staff at White Lace & Promises is kind, knowledgeable, and caring, which made the entire process from the selection of my gown to the alterations very stress free and enjoyable. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart, for making me look and feel like a princess! 

My fiancee, Chuck and I chose to get married at a chateau just outside Paris.I had to find a dress that was spectacular enough to get married in a castle! After going to so many bridal shops that didn't have my size to try on at all or a very limited selection of styles, my friends at Ambiance told me about White Lace and Promises. I tried on about 10 dresses all of which were VERY unique. The dressing rooms were large and elegant and when I stepped out and stood on the platform,in front of the mirror I said,"This is how it should feel to pick out your wedding dress!" I loved my dress and everyone was great from the first smile at the counter, to alterations, to accessories and everything along the way. It was well worth the drive from Chattanooga!!  

Dear "girls" at White Lace & Promises, As the mother-of-the-bride, I just had to tell you what an incredibly wonderful experience we had working with your wedding shop. Ashley's dress was gorgeous, my dress was perfect, & all 10 of the bridesmaids looked beautiful. Every time we came in, we were greeted by happy, helpful smiling faces and great christian music. I know you guys handle so many weddings but you made us feel like ours was so important to you. It was a huge momentous day for our family and you guys contributed to the joy we felt by having everything ready & sewn to perfection & running smoothly. We never heard one complaint from any of our bridesmaids right down to my sweet little old Daddy having his tux fitted here. Several times I cried tears in here (the first time she found "the dress" and the "final fitting"-etc.) and I found so much warmth & love from you guys. I went shopping with my Maid of Honor, searching for the perfect wedding dress. The first botique was nice.. it had lots of selection and sizes...but when everything was said and done, I would have had to compromise for something slightly less spectacular than I had anticipated and a bit out of my price range. The 2nd botique was a lot cheaper, but the service was terrible. I'm a size 14, not a skinny model...and I was humiliated when the lady (owner?) came into the changing room, ripped the dress off of me, and proclaimed I was much too big for "that dress." She wouldn't even let me try on the others. And she went and hung up all of my favorite ones back. I wanted to cry, and all of my excitement evaporated. I was completely disheartened, but when I walked in to White Lace and Promises I perked up quickly. My saleslady Abby was /so/ nice. She told me that I could try on /anything/ I wanted, and the dressing rooms were huge with plenty of places to hang up the selection of dresses that I had chosen (as well as a comfy chair for my friend). Abby was always close by to help me if I needed it. I tried on 5 dresses. (Not all of them fit my size perfectly, but Abby applied some fasteners in the back and sent me out to gawk at myself in the wide display mirrors.) I saved my favorite dress for last (just so I could compare it to the others). As soon as I put on the pretty, puffy, taffeta dress; I knew it was the "one". It was perfect, just what I wanted, and can you believe it, completely in my price range! I kept twirling in front of the mirrors. For the first time the WHOLE day I was absolutely ESCTATIC about the dress I had on. I didn't even have to look anymore! I bought the dress RIGHT THEN! I ended up spending $200 under my original budget. I am going to be the prettiest, puffiest thing at my wedding. And I just know that Jeff won't be able to take his eyes off of me:) I am ALWAYS recommending White Lace & Promises! 

I would recommend White Lace and Promises to any bride. I want to thank the ladies there, they were so friendly. They let me try my dress on multiple times and let me feel like a princess. I had the best time. I went to look at dresses and walked out buying a dress. Thanks girls, yall were the best.
